Mike from No shorts electric was very prompt. He carefully inspected the entire electric panel and said that the source of the odor was something other than electrical. He was very methodical and courteous. He did not charge anything, even for a service call or for his time/travel. That was so pleasantly surprising. Mike is a punctual person, if he tells you he'll be there 8:30, he'll be there at 8:30. And more importantly, he knows everything that there is to know about electricity. I'll hire him again should I need any electric work in my house in the future. Job well done Mike!
